THE ROLE OF SPORTS GAMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A GIRLS' BODY

It was revealed that the heart rate fall at rest in sportsmen from the women's Rugby-7
"Dynamo" team is more expressed than in the reserve team. It was found that the frequency index of
the heart rate in sportsmen from women's Rugby-7 "Dynamo" team is higher at every step of muscle
training of circannian cycle than in sportsmen of the main team. The range of changes in heart rate
frequency among sportsmen in the women's Rugby-7 "Dynamo" team of the main team is less
expressed compared to the changes in the heart rate of the reserve team. It was revealed that the
sportsmen of the women's team Rugby- 7 "Dynamo" of the main team have a significant increase in
heart rate only at transitional age.
